Our Residence

The new built Residence Paradise is a family business, situated in a sunny position near the beach of Lake Garda (ca. 200 mts.), near the Yacht Club Fraglia della Vela di Riva and the S.Nicolò harbour (ca. 500 mts.) and the old city-centre of Riva (ca. 700 mts). You can also reach the centre walking along the beach of the lake. Furthermore Residence Paradise is not situated on the main road even it is very close to the most charming spots of Riva del Garda.

The pool

The swimming pool for adults and children.
The swimming pool and whirlpool area offer moments of leisure, relaxation and fun. At guests' disposal there are sunbeds, deck chairs as well as benches and picnic tables.

Suitable for athletes

For sports enthusiasts we can offer advice on the area and the best routes to take, free maps, detailed weather forecasts,
some tools for small repairs, a video-monitored storage room for bikes and surfboards and a small changing room with shower to freshen up before departure.

In our 10,000 sqms park there it is a fantastic new attraction for all the younger guests. The new water park, which together with the pool and the children’s pool will surely be the best pool area in the surroundings.

You can use the playground, sunbeds and deckchairs, free city bikes, table tennis table, bowls court, volleyball and five-a-side football pitches and other useful services that will make your stay at our resort extremely pleasant.
